My products are digital wellbeing products intended for personal development.
Unless otherwise stated, products are supplied as downloadable audio files.
4. Prices & Payment
All prices are shown in Euros (€).
Payments are securely processed by Stripe.
Prices may change without prior notice, however purchases already completed will not be affected.
5. Digital Delivery
Your audio becomes available immediately after successful payment.
Please ensure that the email address you provide during checkout is correct.
If you experience any technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact me and I'll be happy to assist.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Because this is a digital product that is made available immediately after purchase, by completing your purchase you expressly consent to immediate delivery.
By doing so, you acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once access to the digital product has been provided, in accordance with applicable European consumer protection laws.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of my products and the immediate access provided after purchase, all sales are final.
Refunds are therefore not available once the product has been delivered.
This does not affect your statutory rights where applicable.
